Fruit With Benefits: Banana

Bananas are one of my favorite fruit ever because they taste delicious and they are really healthy and give your body instant energy. 
If you need some reasons to eat bananas, keep reading.

Bananas help overcome depression due to high levels of tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin, the happy-mood brain neurotransmitter.

Bananas reduce swelling, protect against type II diabetes and aid weight loss. They also act as prebiotic, so they stimulate the growth of friendly bacteria in the bowel and they aid digestion

Now that it's spring and the warn season is just around the corner, we all wanna eat fresh and healthy food, but sometime we don't know which one we should choose. In fact, this is the perfect season for eating some fruit like strawberries because in these months it's more likely to find some natural ones. There are a lot of benefits in strawberries, one of these is that they're low in calories: 54 calories per cup, but they are high in fiber.

Tea With Benefits

Tea is one my favorite drinks because it's delicious, light and because it has a lot of heath benefits. There are a lot of different types of tea in the world and having to chose one sometimes can be pretty hard, so I decided to make a list of some of the healthiest tea and tell you why you should drink it.

GREEN TEA 
Green tea is probably the healthiest tea ever because it protects against heart disease, prevents diabetes and it maintains a healthy circulatory system. Plus it's full of antioxidants, it gives healthy skins and it reduces plaque and bacteria in your mouth. 

BLACK TEA
Black tea has the highest caffeine content. It boots your immune system and increases enery.  It's really useful for skin and hair health. 

CHAMOMILE TEA
This one is a must for me because I always drink it before bed. Its antioxidants may help prevent complications from diabetes, like loss of vision and nerve and kidney damage, and stunt the growth of cancer cells.

HIBISCUS TEA
I'd recommend this one for when you're stressed because it improves the ability to manage stress and stimulate detoxification and it lowers blood pressure. Plus it's a high source of vitamin C and it's caffeine free.


OOLONG TEA
I call this one the beauty-tea because it's excellent for tea and complexion.
Plus it increases your metabolism and stimulates fat burning.

ROOIBOS TEA
This tea is very healthy because it has a lot of vitamins and minerals, plus it's effective in treating nervous tension, stress and insomnia. 

GINGER TEA
This one is really healthy because it supports immune system and it's really helpful in case of a cold or flu. 
Plus, it supports better digestion, a lot of people recommend it if you're trying to lose weight.
