working hard pays off

Working hard is an expression that is used way too much in my opinion: people use it with sarcasm thinking that it's nearly impossible to work hard. I honestly think that working hard is possible, most people are just too lazy to work hard and they just wanna make it easy thinking that the final result will be the same. But that's completly wrong because when you work hard, the final result is completely different. It might be harder but it really pays off.
No matter what's your goal, if you wanna reach it, you have to work hard. That's it, no secret magic or anything, you just have to be focused.

Thursday

My future starts today

Today my teacher assigned the places where we'll make a 2-weeks-stage (in the tourism area obviously) and I've been picked to work on the "City Sightseeing Bus". For those who don't know: it's a bus that makes the tour of the city (Milan) showing the main monuments and the famous places
.
I am honesty really excited because that's going to be my first real job experience I'll be in contact with people from all around the world, so I'll be able to speak english, russian, french and italian obviously.
For now I know that it will be in february and they'll tell me the details after Christmas break. I seriously can't wait because my future starts here

New year's resolutions | 2015

It's december, Christmas is almost here and 2015 is as well.
Every year I make a list of resolutions for the year that is coming, but I hardly ever complete it (i usually lose the list in february lol). But this year I decided to make a list and post it here and I'll do my best to actually do the things I wrote down and I'll update this post every time "a wish comes true" and I'll eventually add some new resolutions.

So here's my list:
1) lose weight (I'm pretty sure everyone puts this one of their list every year lol)
2) visit London and/or Paris
3) turn 18 and realize that nothing has actually changed
4) go on the top of the Duomo di Milano
4) read all Arthur Conan Doyle's books about Sherlock Holmes
5) have my first job experience (I wanna do a stage in a hotel or stuff like that)
6) wear a dress or a skirt on an ordinary day (this one's gonna be hard ahah)
7) buy a new coffee machine
8) stop delaying things
9) take a plane (this is really weird but I never took a plane)
10) appreciate the little things
11) see at least one live concert
12) Go to Expo2015
13) see the EMAs live

I'm gonna update this list in the next few days and then, in 2015, I'll do my best to make these things come true :)

Monday

Every single city in the world has beauty, you just need to discover it.

I'm pretty sure that no one completely likes the city where they live, but this doesn't mean that that it isn't beautiful, it just mean that you haven't seen its beauties.
So please go out there and see places of your city that you have never seen and fall in love with them.

Sunday

Christmas time in Milan

I made a lovely video about Christmas in Milan (:

Taking chances | starting a YouTube channel

A few month ago I decided that I would've start making YouTube videos, but I never made them. I haven't made them for a lot of reasons, but I have to admit that those were just excuses. The real reason why I didn't make them is because I wasn't confident enough. Today I decided that wanted to make them anyway so that's what I did.
I did a video called "CHRISTMAS TAG". If I have to be honest, I'm not confident at all with it and I know that my accent is really weird and stuff, but I published it anyway because I'm kinda tired of waiting

I know that it's not going to be popular or thing like that, but I've been inspired by Connor's video and to finally do it.
